It's so great that you are aware of where you are though - because that is a big part of this journey. <br /><br />I know it is hard to get started again, but maybe you can 1) write down why you want to lose weight, 2) write down three small goals, and 3) find an accountability partner to help you get started. <br /><br />#1 often helped me because it cemented in my mind why I wanted/needed to lose weight and helped me stay focused.
